Q: Do I need any experience to start?
A: No experience required, all levels welcome
Q: Do I need a Gi?
A: For your first class we can work around not having one, but if you wish to continue to train a Gi is required. We do not sell Gi's at this time but have a handful available to borrow, short term only.
Q: What do I need to bring to my first class?
A: Please see our Required Equipment page
Q: Is anyone welcome to come train?
A: Anyone 18yo and older that meets the requirements on our new members page is welcome to come train.
Q: How much is it to drop in?
A: Drop in fee is $15 per class at this time, must be paid before class no cash. We also have a monthly unlimited package for $125 per month
Q: Do you teach Kids classes?
A: We do not currently offer kids classes at this time
Q: What day should I come in for my first class?
A: Wednesday afternoon class as well as Tuesday and Friday fundamentals are the best place to start if you have no or limited experience.
Q: What can I expect my first class?

Q: Do you teach private lessons?
A: No privates at this time.
Q: Can I come watch a class?
A: You are more than welcome to come sit in on a class free of charge to see if it is right for you.
Q: Do you teach NoGi?
A: We do, NoGi Days are Tuesday Fundamentals and Thursday advanced.
Q: Should I get in shape before I come train?
A: While being the best version of yourself is always encouraged, as long as you don't have underlying medical conditions that would prevent you from grappling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a great way to get in shape.
